- Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care.
- RN License in the state of Tennessee with a four-year college degree.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.
- Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.
- Ambition for career growth!
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
