Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire – Oversee daily office functions, ensuring excellence in patient care and employee engagement.
- Drive Growth & Quality – Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs to support office expansion and client satisfaction.
- Build Community Partnerships – Network with referral sources, patients, and families to strengthen BAYADA’s presence in the area.
- Foster a Positive Culture – Cultivate an environment where both clinicians and patients feel valued and supported.
- Licensed RN in Virginia.
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in home health.
- Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top nursing talent.
- Experience in marketing, referral development, or business operations is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply!
