About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care to patients in their homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position offers a flexible scheduling opportunity, allowing you to work 10-12 shifts per month. You will also receive a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Regional Float Nurse, you will:
- Leverage your clinical skills to care for clinically complex patients in their homes.
- Perform 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on one-on-one care with each patient.
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
Requirements
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA required.
- Previous home health experience essential.
- Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
