BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Tampa, FL Adult and Pediatric home care office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Tampa, FL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our pediatric and adult clients and conduct assessments.
- Develop the pediatric and adult care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Trach experience preferred.
- Vent experience preferred.
- Adult nursing and/ or pediatric nursing preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Comfortable with commuting throughout the office territory.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management skills.
- Passionate about educating and leading others!

Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
