BAYADA Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in a school-based setting.
About This Role
In this role, you will work directly with students in the classroom to implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student's learning and development. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and school teams, respecting their values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes.
Design and implement behavioral plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and school teams
Maintain accurate records of client progress and intervention outcomes
Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and related fields, incorporating new knowledge into practice
