Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to perform home health visits for our senior living office located in Blue Bell, PA.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical experience and excellent communication skills.
Duties include making home visits to clients, conducting assessments, creating care plans, educating clients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate records.
To be considered for this role, you must have a current PA Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
