Skilled Home Health Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking skilled and dedicated registered nurses to join our team of home healthcare professionals. As a BAYADA nurse, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one care to patients in their homes, providing interventions, and supporting their overall well-being.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and offer emotional support to patients and their families
• Monitor patients' condition and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current NJ nursing license in good standing
• One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not necessary
