We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work with clients in designated senior living communities, providing one-on-one care and support to help them achieve their goals.
Our Physical Therapists work collaboratively with clients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on promoting client health, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Implement various physical therapy interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other activities.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as necessary or applicable.
Qualifications:
- A current CO Physical Therapist license.
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dynamic interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
