BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a highly skilled In-Home Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide personalized home care to clients in need of rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Home Visits: Make regular home visits to clients in designated areas to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services.
- Assessment and Development: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized care plans that promote optimal outcomes.
- Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans that include manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions tailored to meet client needs.

Requirements:
- A valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
