Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans
• Implement individualized therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
• Educate clients and their families on proper rehabilitative techniques and strategies to promote healthy living
• Accurately document client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• Current STATE Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
