Job Description
- Job Summary: Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Duties: Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan, educate and instruct patients and family members on rehabilitative care, accurately document patient information using state-of-the-art technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA.
- Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification, or in the process of accumulating supervised work experience required for certification.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
