Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide home health visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. This includes developing treatment plans based on evaluations, physician orders, and recommended goals, as well as continually assessing and revising care plans as needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA, along with a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent educational requirements. Solid computer skills, particularly experience with electronic medical records (EMR), are also preferred.
