Your Key Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week.
- Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities, such as sports or social events.
- Support clients in developing their independence and achieving their goals, like budgeting, socializing, shopping, using public transportation, or exercising.
- Be attentive to meet the individual's needs with dignity and respect.
- Evaluate client safety and well-being in the home and community.
