Payer Requirements:
- Ensure all payer requirements are met by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and procedures.
- Assist in the setup and management of payer information, including attachments and documentation needed for billing and compliance.
Policy and Procedure Documentation:
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure all documents are accessible and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Regularly review and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Conduct audits and provide reports to ensure adherence to standards.
Communication Creation:
- Develop clear and concise communications for service offices, including memos, updates, and instructional materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance.
- Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
