Through hands-on experience, Talent Coordinator Associates at BAYADA learn all aspects of administrative workloads across offices and recruiting staff in order to become a Client Services Manager.

Responsibilities:
Focused on assisting the recruiting managers in logistics and materials for initial screen of candidates, obtaining all candidate information, tracking and collecting post-conditional document collection and supporting candidates though the hiring process
Qualifications
Four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)
A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative work, direct recruiting experience appreciated.
