We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
About the Position
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include making home visits to clients, evaluating patients' functional status, assessing cognitive, psychological and motor aspects of performance, and developing individualized intervention plans.
You'll continually assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan, participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety and independent living.
