We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care.
About the Job
- This is a full-time opportunity with ongoing assignments, providing clients with rehabilitation care and skilled nursing services.
- Prior home care experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is a plus but not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making home visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
Continuously assessing and revising the care plan, you will participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan as necessary.
