Key Responsibilities
- Making outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Educating and instructing clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living, and collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, with a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
