Job Description:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing job in Waretown, New Jersey.

Hospice

This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis throughout Ocean County. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.

About the Role:

• You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive medical care at home.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and follow up with doctors' orders.
• Occasional on-call hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR), are preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
