Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing palliative care to clients in their homes.
About the Role:
- As a hospice nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that provides medical care required for clients to remain at home.
- You will follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs and perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- You will also accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
