About the Role

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in hospice care, you will provide essential palliative care to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity during their final days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make home visits to administer medications, monitor clients' conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Monitor clients' conditions, following up on doctors' orders and documenting accordingly.
• Occasionally work on call after hours and/or weekends.

Requirements:

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
