We are in need of several entry-level laborers for our second shift team! If you’re looking for a long-term career, we have those too
**Second shift (3pm-11pm or 3pm-finish)
Duties
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components as per specifications.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse and factory settings.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery, including forklifts, to transport materials within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects as needed, demonstrating physical stamina for labor-intensive tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
- Must have good references and understand the importance of good attendance.
