Bayard Printing Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our distribution center, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include materials handling, stocking, and inventory management, ensuring that products are accurately tracked and stored. With your core skills in warehouse experience and premium skills in forklift operation and inventory control, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Work Schedule: Full time position/ 1st shift:
Pay: Pay is based on experience
Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
Utilize a Clamp Truck
Accurately stage and sort paper for the Press
Load and unloads trailer
Sort and place paper rolls in designated areas
Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
Track Inventory and weights
Complete daily logs
Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
· Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi- tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.
· Flexible to work overtime and swing shifts required.
· Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job.
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
