BayCare Clinic Urological Surgeons is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job :
- Performs patient treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
- Under the direction of a professional nurse, participates in executing the plan of care as established by the nurse, doctor, or physician assistant.
- Assists in collecting vital sign information.
- Provides appropriate teaching materials, and assists in providing accurate answers to questions, all in support of patient and family.
- Assists in the performance of any physician ordered pre-operative treatment / tests as well as the pre-operative preparation of the patient.
- Assists in the post-operative execution of physician orders.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
