BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Job :
Our Patient Services Representatives perform receptionist and general office duties and acts as initial contact person for patients. This position would work in a combination between our phone room and front desk.
- Greets and checks in patients.
- Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
- Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
- Develops patient charts.
- Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
- Schedules patient appointments.
- Collects co-payments from patients.
- Performs general office duties.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
