BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking a board-certified Program Director to join our new OB/GYN Residency program in Tampa, Florida. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the start up and growth of our OB/GYN Residency program. We anticipate our first class of residents in July 2026. Additional Information: This position is ideal for a dedicated physician looking to make a meaningful impact on the education and training of future OB/GYN Physicians within a collaborative and supportive environment. This position is 0.5 clinical and 0.5 academic/administrative.
Qualifications
- Degree: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Certifications: No additional certifications specified beyond board certification in OB/GYN.
- Licensure: Active Florida license and DEA.
- Skillset: Strong clinical and communication skills, with a team-oriented mentality and innovative approach to medical education. Experience in residency program administration or leadership is beneficial but not required.
- Experience: At least three years of educational and administrative experience in an accredited residency program.
