BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate NICU unit at St. Joseph's Hospital North.
The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 2 years RN acute care experience
- BSN or BS in health related field
- 1 year RN Leadership experience
- 1 year RN NICU experience
