**Job Summary**
The Sterile Processing Operations Coordinator will monitor daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department, identify orientation and education needs of staff, assist with development and implementation of new programs and systems, screen candidates for replacement positions, and participate in annual performance and competency evaluations.
The ideal candidate will promote communication and collaboration among staff to enhance end products provided to areas serviced.
Responsibilities include pro-active quality programs, reporting of quality plan, goals, and monitoring for compliance.
