BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Pool RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Hospital in Tampa!
The Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to the child.
Position Details:
- Location: St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center – Tampa, FL
- Status: POOL, Non-Exempt
- Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Shift: Nights
- Weekend Work: Every other
- On Call: Yes
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Nurse Specialty – preferred
Required Education:
- Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
- Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience:
- Required 18 months RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
