BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital's Behavioral Health Center in New Port Richey, FL!

• Facility: Morton Plant North Bay Hospital
• Location: New Port Richey, FL
• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
• Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Shift: Days
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No

The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty - preferred

Required Education:

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Required
• Bachelor's in Nursing - Preferred

Experience:

• 1 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
• Or 6 months of Acute Care Setting with prior LPN experience & completed competency assessment.
