**Job Description**
The Sterile Processing Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Sterile Processing Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily activities and identifying areas for improvement
- Providing orientation and education to staff as needed
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new programs and systems
- Screening candidates for replacement positions and participating in annual performance and competency evaluations
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on enhancing end products provided to areas serviced.
Pro-active quality programs, reporting of quality plan, goals, and monitoring for compliance are also key responsibilities of this role.
