The Facilities Support Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to facilities leadership
- Timekeeping
- Contract / vendor management
- Computerized maintenance and management system (CMMS) site management
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Purchasing

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Required - Highschool or Equivalent GED
Experience
Required- 3 years administrative support
