What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Services Coord position at BayCare?
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
The Food Services Coordinator is responsible for:
- Coordinating distribution and service to patients and cafeteria
- Assisting with team member functions including interviewing, performance appraisals and disciplinary action
- Coaching and scheduling current team members training
- Performing all other duties assigned

Certifications and Licensures
- Required ServSafe food safety certification within 1 year of hire
Education
- Required - High School or equivalent
Experience
- Required - 1 year food service
- Preferred - 1 year coordinator role experience
