Summary:
- Responsible for ensuring that all healthcare providers are in compliance with the HEDIS measures.
- This involves reviewing medical records and other documentation to ensure that the required data is being collected and reported accurately.
- Works closely with healthcare providers to help them identify areas where they can improve their performance and meet the requirements of the HEDIS program.
- Additionally, responsible for communicating with patients to help them understand the importance of the HEDIS program and how it impacts their healthcare.
- Ultimately, plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that healthcare providers are held accountable for meeting the standards set by the HEDIS program.
Required:
- Associate degree in healthcare and 4 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics
- or high school diploma and 6 years of HEDIS experience in lieu of degree
- or 8 years insurance and health care data analysis.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in healthcare and 5 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics and LPN
