What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Associate position at BayCare?
The Hospitality Associate is responsible for:
- Conducting incoming calls from external and internal customers regarding meal selections, meal scheduling and any additional questions regarding the food and nutrition services department
- Conducting follow up calls regarding diet progression
- Utilizing the EMR system for data entry
- Having a vast knowledge of specific diets and food selections
