- Status: Full-time, salary
- Shift: 6:30 am-4 pm
- Weekends- occasional

The Manager of Business Operations provides financial management and analysis including reporting, budgeting, labor efficiency, cost, revenue and reimbursement analysis to support business operations and/or service line to optimize the efficiency, quality, business processes and volume.
- May participate on projects related to area of assignment based upon strategic plans, work re-design, reengineering, process improvement and quality of operations.
- May work with others in coordination and collaboration to make decisions related to capital purchases, contracts and create seamless and standardized approaches.
- Acts as a liaison between assigned area and other departments related to role.
- This role would support the Surgical Services team for Mease Countryside and Mease Dunedin Hospital.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience in Management, Finance, or in a related field is required
- A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field is required.
