BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate Behavioral Health team at Northside Behavioral Health in Tampa!
The Nurse Manager is:
- A leader within the health system who demonstrates proficiency in all quality leadership skills.
- Responsible for expertly managing the care of a patient population and practicing expert critical thinking skills when in the clinical setting.
- Responsible for assuming 24-hour responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers, and administration.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Nurse Specialty - preferred
Required Education:
- Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience:
- 3 years RN Experience
- 2 years Healthcare Leadership
- OR 1 year in Nursing Leadership with MSN and RN Certification
