Summary:
- Practice in the collaborative/independent management of newborn care.
- They practice within developed policies, protocols and guidelines that are approved by the Pediatric Division.
- Act as a professional role model for other team members.
- Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Masters Degree - Nursing
Credentials:
- Basic Life Support
- Adv Practice RN License
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider
Experience:
- 1 year of NICU experience working as an NNP
Facility:
BayCare Health System, Maternal Professional Services-SFBH
Location: South Florida Baptist Hospital
Status: PRN
Shift Hours: 24 hour shifts
Shift: Shift 4
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
