Title: Patient Access Services Coordinator
Facility: Carillon Outpatient Center
The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator is responsible for:
- Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging
- Proficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the department
- Resolves PAS and customer service issues
- Processes payroll
- Maintains department staffing schedules
- Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service Representatives
- May be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 3 years Related field
Education:
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred

Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
