We are currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our team in Spring Hill. This role is critical to promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based programs to prevent substance abuse.
- Provide education and resources to parents, district, school sites, and community agency staff.
- Maintain partnerships with local organizations to promote healthy lifestyles.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, with preferred experience in substance abuse or behavioral health. A BLS certification and driver's license are required.
