FUNCTION :
Under the general supervision of the Sr. Vice President of National Accounts, and in coordination with Regional Managers in assigned states, the BDS implements sales strategies within Business-to-Business (B2B) partner channels to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work in alignment with Regional Managers to proactively solicit new manufactured home loan business.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of B2B referral sources to lead to loan generation and help with monthly loan quality and production goals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of manufactured home sales language, value proposition, resources, and services.
- Network and expand visibility of Priority Funding's presence within assigned states.
- Conducts sales efforts to generate manufactured home loan activity.
- Visits local Realtors, dealers, park owners and other sources of influence in addition to using available company coordinated marketing efforts to help facilitate sales efforts in assigned states.
- Performs other duties as requested by Management.
- Attends business networking events and all other business development opportunities deemed necessary to effectively promote sales efforts.
- Embraces BayCoast Bank's commitment to Solutions by seeking and recognizing opportunities to refer new business to additional divisions of the Bank.
- Maintains a current federal registration with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS-R).
