Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary clinic. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of care.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee client communications, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards of practice.
- Maintain accurate medical records and oversee inventory management for medical supplies.
- Collaborate with veterinarians on patient care protocols, including animal catheterization, laboratory procedures, and critical care management.
- Provide guidance on pet grooming, animal husbandry, and general pet care practices to staff and clients.
- Stay updated on veterinary terminology and advancements in animal anatomy knowledge to support team education.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice or related field is required; managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and critical care procedures.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes relevant to veterinary medicine.
- Experience with equine care is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff alike.

Pay: $61,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
