- Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files, including proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Support office operations by performing various administrative duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office functionality.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role at a Veterinary Practice is required.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
