BAYER BUILT WOODWORKS is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC ) & Electrician Background who is interested in :

- Troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance of automated woodworking machinery including, but not limited to : CNC, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, etc.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and hydraulic systems
- Developing, testing, integrating and debugging Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Robot specific programs, visions systems, and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI's) into Robotic and Automation Systems
- Developing, implementing and troubleshooting PLC's and Robotic controlled automation systems
- Assisting in the design and maintenance of comprehensive electrical controls systems for automated production lines in the facility
- Aiding in the overall design of the system including control panels, field devices, and schematics detailing
- Programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI's)
- Assisting the maintenance team with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on existing production equipment
- Conducting rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems to verify functionality, performance, and safety standards
- Preparing comprehensive documentation, such as : technical specifications, operation manuals, and project reports
- Completing facility maintenance as needed
