The Office Coordinator will have a working knowledge of the company and product offerings, enabling them to interact and assist with office personnel and customers.
Requirements:
- Log all quotes and orders into the company software
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Data & Order Entry
- Determine production dates
- Print labels
- Assemble customer, office, and shop paperwork
- Assist in moving the order through the system
- Collaborate with office and production personnel to maintain orders, lead times, and customer pick-ups
- All other duties as assigned
Additional Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
- Education: high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in office administration/assistance
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills
- Ability to use standard office equipment (multiline phone, computer, copy machine, fax, etc.)
- Intermittent intense levels of concentration
- Manage multiple requests and variable time factors impacting job
- Careful organization and planning are necessary
- Must be accurate
Special Job Demands (working conditions, travel, hazards, etc.):
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Activities include extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer. Standing/walking are necessary to complete job duties.
