Bayer Private School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School ELA Teacher for the 2025/2026 school year.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with Bayer's accelerated curriculum.
Manage coursework, assignments, and gradebooks using Facts/Renweb.
Create a positive, structured learning environment for middle school students.
Establish and maintain high expectations for student behavior and learning outcomes.
Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
Collaborate with other teachers and administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in middle school history.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
