Your Tasks And Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
- Create, draft, edit, and / or publish content, including written, visual, video and digital communications;
- Collect and analyze research and data to develop insights for content development or as performance indicators;
- Provide support for onsite or local Bayer-sponsored events as needed;
- Support development of new tools and approaches or improvements to existing.
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program;
- Studying Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills that display innovative and creative thinking and attention to detail (writing sample required);
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, manage competing deadlines, and be proactive;
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others;
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and YouTube;
- Familiarity with any of the following tools or similar: Canva (content design), Sprinklr (social media), SiteCore or WordPress (content management), Bazaarvoice (digital commerce), AI tools
