What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership & Innovation :
- Manage major roadway projects from concept through completion, ensuring optimal quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
- Evaluate design challenges from a constructability and biddability perspective, and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Comprehensive Technical Oversight :
- Perform in-depth roadway design analysis and quality control reviews of construction plans, quantities, and submittal documents.
- Conduct technical meetings and field reviews, collaborating seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams in drainage, structures, signing, pavement marking, signalization, lighting, and utility design.
- Client Engagement & Marketing :
- Play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, expanding our portfolio of projects across FDOT Districts 1, 2, 5, and 7, Florida’s Turnpike, Hillsborough County, and more.
- Mentorship & Team Development :
- Inspire and guide the next generation of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that champions continuous improvement and professional development.
- Strategic Project Management :
- Track project progress with meticulous attention to detail, managing budgets, and forecasting backlog projections to ensure sustained success.
