Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Entry-Level Biologics Development Technician to join our vibrant biologics development team within the CMC&T, BioDS, Cell Culture 1 department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting routine processes for our Bioseparation and Cell Culture teams. Responsibilities include preparing buffer solutions, formulating media for cell culture processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of buffer solutions for downstream purification processes with precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in preparing buffers and media essential for CHO cell culture.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- Provide cleaning support for materials utilized during solution preparation procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures and outcomes following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and boost efficiencies in the lab.
- Engage in training sessions to remain informed about industry best practices and safety regulations.
