Business Analyst Lead - REMOTE
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Business Analyst Lead, are to
- Lead Crop Science Product Supply global/cross functional/regional/product line (Seeds, Chem, Commercial, and SSHE) working groups and communities to ensure that PS Quality enabling systems (e.g. Intelex) objectives are strategically aligned and supporting internal end users and external customer needs;
- Liaison between IT & Business by leading and facilitating cross functional business requirement gathering sessions to identify system requirements and capabilities to support execution of business objectives;
- Lead/Conduct system design review meetings with IT, 3rd party developer/consultants and cross functional business groups (including Regional, Global, and Functional) to ensure developed system meets all business requirements;
- Develop and lead user training material to support the launch and adoption of Quality systems efforts;
- Responsible for developing and enabling and implement system architecture for through partnership with internal/external IT;
- Ensure new systems projects and priorities align with digital roadmap.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Science/IT;
- 8 years of professional experience with 5 years of experience in Quality/Systems/IT focused roles;
- Strong experience in process management, process improvement strategies and project management;
- Understanding of Enabling system principles;
- Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the overall business vision and objectives;
- Strong motivation and experience leading cross-functional/cross-cultural teams;
- Strong cross-cultural sensitivity;
- Track record of being able to align and influence global and regional stakeholders at all levels.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $107,200 to $160,800. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
